Re: 500 Chip Set for Sell on eBay

I think it's going to be a little tough unloading Desert Sands with NJ's Spring Clearance on those chips. Guess they didn't go over as well as expected, or he had way too many of them made.

I'm selling a set of 500 Desert Sands chips on eBay:
http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&category=63759&item=6167035613&rd=1&ssPageName=WDVW

Starting bid is at $219.99 with case (~$0.44/chip), plus S&H.

E-mail me through eBay if you have any questions.

Thanks!

lol Yeltz.

I just bought a set of 900 NJ Desert Sands, and of course the next day after I receive them I have a huge financial burden dumped on me, and I have other purchases in motion that I have to honor, so I am forced to sell them. I love the chips though :( They havent and wont even see a single game here, so they are brand spanking new.

I am willing to let em go at $420 shipped anywhere in the continental United States. Thats about $30 less then the NJ.com deal right now, and these chips are no diff. They have just been taken out of the boxes, put on a poker table for pics and then put in their cases.

Let me know if anyone is interested.

That sucks, man. Good luck, but get ready to get much less than you want.
My reason for selling was out of stupidity... I bought them without really sampling around for what I wanted. I did after the fact and, oops! I liked something better.

Well, don't try selling them at that price here!
Definitely put them on eBay or find a message board where people understand the value of those chips and won't give you a hard time about dropping the price.

So, what is so bad about the NJ Desert Sands chips? Great deal right now...$400 and change gets you 900 chips. I haven't ordered any samples yet but I am almost tempted to drop the cash before the deal expires! I have a set of the Bond chips (Blue Chip) and I want something a bit more flashy. Are the Sands chips really that bad?

Theres nothing bad about them at all.

I love clay, they aren't clay...that's all it was for me.

They are great ceramic chips, especially at around .45 cents each which is what they are right now with the deal going.
