Forum Reorganization!

So I'm going to be redoing the forum a bit. The obvious parts will be the combining of a lot of unpopular forums into bigger ones and making the whole forum a little more compact. I'll also be renaming a few things and changing or adding descriptions.

So Phase 1 is complete, which is the initial moves (though not necessarily all of them). The forum will look a little weird for a week or two, then I'll delete those redirecting links. I'm keeping them there for now in case anyone wants to find an old post, also so everyone can see where everything is getting redirected.

If anyone has any suggestions, well, I probably won't listen. Unless it's a great idea. Go ahead and post it here if it's great.

This isn't a software change like last time, so requests for mods or new skins aren't appropriate. If you want that stuff though, try a different (or new) thread. This redo is just for purposes of categorization, usability, and upkeep.

Phase Two complete. Still have a few things to go though. Some really minor changes if you care...
- Choice to word censor is now an option again
- [FLASH] is now completely disabled (I hope)
- You can now have unlimited nested quotes in a post (was 3)
- Set the max number of links in a signature to 1 (still are nofollows though!)
- Set the max font size in a signature to 150%
- Increased the session auto-expire length to two hours (was one)
