Gift2Go No Longer working for US residents???

I used a Gift2Go card on Monday of this week to deposit to PS. My friend bought one today and tried to load his PS account and it was declined.
Does anybody know if Gift2Go has quit working for this purpose since Monday?

nope...check their FAQ i believe its in there...

But it didnt work for me as of 1-2 months ago
