Got my feet wet, but decided I didn't want to swim
I'd only been sat at the table a few minutes. I have no info on the others. Should I call this or fold? Also, why?

Fold. KJ is hardly a hand you want to call an all-in with. Chances are you are dominated to begin with.
AX or PP type hands. The cards you might need to hit could actually help villian more then helping you.
Also remember that most of these micro level players don't bluff that often.

thats why you shouldn't raise with marginal hands when SS are yet to act and you have no info.
you have to call getting excellent odds : 1-3.5
Even if he has AK you are getting the right odds; And his range his much wider : 22+, AT+,KQ+

With an M of 8.6 I think this is push or fold any raise leaves you committed.
In a cheap MTT with a lot of entrants I'm more inclined to push here, get some chips now or go eat. Otherwise I might wait a couple of orbits and hope for AT up or any PP.

With your stack vs. those blinds, you should either be pushing or folding preflop unless you're trying to draw a reraise from a worse hand (I might consider making a small raise with AA, KK, QQ, or AK here).
As played, fold. You are behind his range (very possibility dominated) and have no fold equity.
