Group chip purchase
I'm looking to buy some chips in the near future... So, i thought i'd try to see if anyone else was looking as well and wanted to make a fairly large (10,000+ chips) purchase to get a huge discount.
Anyway, if anyone wants to give this a shot make a post here and let me know... the more the merrier!
Also, there is a certain level of trust in this... so i'd rather have paypal verified people signing up (but wont limit it to that).

group chips
I'd be willing....if it's the same deal that I saw on ebay. I spoke with a reseller and he told me if I bought 10,000 chips (as many as you want in whatever colors you want) I could get them for .12 per chip. That included dice, suited, super diamond, plus he said he could get others. If you bumped up to 100,000 chips you got them for .0925. Still, $120 plus shipping isn't too bad for dice chips.

Ideally, i'm looking for quality chips... chipco is really what i'm after.
BUT, if people were only interested in the composites/slugs then i'd pick up some of those as well.
Really, i'd like to see what kind of deals chipco would offer on their crystal oyster chips.
If we could get a large enough pool of money we could find a bulk price on whatever chips people want.
Anyway, what are your spending limits (depending on the chips)?
For me it goes this way:
slug/composite ~ $200
chipco ~ $500
Also, i'm always looking for deals on KEM cards... so i'd throw down another $50 for some of those.

for a purchase this large... y'all might wanna look into some sort of escrow (spling?) type of service. i know a number of ya and know you're on the up and up... and not to trash anyone else here... but still, in the world we live in today, you can never bee to safe...

Chipco will sell their Pro-Tech (crystal oyster) chips for $0.63 each when you buy in bulk. That's a savings of about $35 on an order of 500 chips. Not too shabby. I was planning on buying some chips anyways, so this would work out good. Let me know if you plan to do it.

I know the dice chips arent the greatest. But thats what I have already and would like to get more of the same. Chipco do make much better chips but i dont have the money for them, even at a discount. So Im in if its the dice chips. Maybe we can do two group buys. One for the people who want Crystal Oysters and one for the cheaper Dice chips?

well, the dice chips are already about .20 a piece... so that's pretty cheap. I'm in email correspondence with some of the chipco staff... i'll have more information as it comes.
Also, i'm assuming this will need to be a large order so i'm looking for enough people to purchase 10,000 + chips. So, roughly 10+ people willing to put $500+ should get the job done.
