Hand critique please

I am probably not the best person to be giving a critique here but I put villian on KK, QQ or possibly a set here. Least hand he could have would be AJ.

Preflop: I like the raise pre-flop.
Post Flop: Villians raise post flop should have given you information right there. He has a strong hand.
Turn: Though you did have a four flush with the turn, villian bet almost $18 into a $9 pot. Doesn't that scream he has you beat? Yes you do have outs but are your odds there to make the call?
