Have Chip Prices Changed?

I've made several sets of chips for myself and as gifts for family (don't have any friends). I was getting set to do a set for my brother in law but was shocked at the prices I found on pokerchipshopping.com. I was going to use my old staple, the 11.5g Big Slick chips that take a 1 inch label very nicely.

Here's the question. I SEEM to remember buying these chips for about eleven cents each a couple of years ago but the current price is seventeen cents each. Can anyone out there either validate that my recollection of $0.11/chip is either right or wrong or whether these chips are available anywhere else?
