do you re-raise the river here, I was a little worried about him having a higher fullhouse?

Also, any other comments would be appreciated.

Thanks

You've only been betting half of the pot on the flop and the turn, so the villain can't really expect you to bet the river as well. Meaning, he would have to have QQ, KK, or 55 in his hand AND check that monster on the river hoping you'll bet again (and with QQ or 55, have been slowplaying the hand for a while). Basically, I wouldn't expect someone to do this. I think a raise for value is good on the river. And as you can see, he check-raises the river with a straight on a paired board in Omaha, which is not uncommon at these levels. Make a note on that guy that he doesn't understand relative hand strengths in Omaha, and value bet him like crazy.

Meh, I just call on the river as well, but I play Omaha as a total nut-peddler. But I hate PLO, so I'm not really the guy to ask.

Maybe this is not a good time to ask me, since I just lost twice with top Boat to quads. And this is exactly how quads play this.
Check/call to river then go into raising war.

The second time I though about just calling but figured that a smaller boat will probably raise me as well.
(though I just called his 3bet and didn't push my last $$ in)

btw, in the low levels I pot my set every street.
People will chase any draw regardless odds.

so might as well make them pay. Once you turn a boat you can think of betting less then pot since some players will stop chasing on a paired board (at least on $25 and up)

On $50 people go into raising war on draws. So varaince is sooo huge I start to hate it.

in fact, I'm sticking in $25, even though my BR can handle $50 I just don't make as much in it.

I've got people repoping my top set with mega draw and I'm only a little over a coin flip ahead
