heres a hypothetical situation

45678 hearts on board

His cards 910 hearts

mine 23 hearts



Does it qualify or am i forced to play board and disregard my hole cards .



One could argue Cards read so my hand is the board.

One could argue I have the right to call my hand and I choose to play the lower hand ?










I know it is dumb but what if ?

You loose, no bad beat bonus, there is no prevision to take the second best hand, you hand is the best 5 cards, your hole cards in this instance are not considered.

But that would be the worst bad beat ever.
