It's probably just me, but it really gripes me when this sub forum is used for hand analysis or for people posting bad beats etc when there are forums dedicated to these kind of posts.
The worst part crack is it was a mod that did all the posting in the wrong section.. -1 to the mods.
Jimmer your making the mods look bad...not that they need your help...after all they do have Geno's avatar...lol.
On a serious note you can't play most hands the same way every time. There are lots of circumstances that will alter the way you want to play a hand. At times I can see raising pp but other times I will try to get into a pot cheaply with them.
Cash games are more dependant on odds then tournaments. So you might just be weak in figuring the odds. Books from Sklansky can help you there.
I also understand (but have not seen them yet) that Harrington is coming out with a set of books on cash play.

i read harrington on cash and was a little disappointed really. Its just the same theory in his tournament books but applied to cash games, there is other stuff but i really felt it was all stuff i'd worked out for my self with a little common sense.

ack, dont quote me on that, see what other people think
It would have been a great read if i hadn't read his tournament books but some of the examples were useful too. Also i only read Vol 1 of cash games, the other might be better
