Raise or fold pre-flop! When you are in the cutoff or button, isolate weak players who open limp alot. You will usually play a bigger pot heads up in position, representing a bigger hand, instead of letting the blinds in cheap for a multiway pot.
As played, you really would have heard from AQ, KQ, QJ, or 55 by now, unless someone is seriously sandbagging. No draws came in, and this is a very safe board. This is one of those spots where I think trying to squeeze a little more value on the river might work. The blind could have a weak Q or stubborn J and look you up.
But I wouldn't totally hate checking behind. The pot is big enough to want to showdown, and you can't stand a check-raise. Close call.

Worried about your kicker? WTF? It doesn't even look like any of them have a Q or you would prolly have found out by now, especially if they have a better kicker. I may be wrong because I haven't played NL50 for like 43504950495409540954095409 years but I guess you don't get river check raised hardly at this limit?

Only when crushed at NL50 do you get a river checkraise from random players.
