hit a Royal on a Bodog cash game- 50xBB bonus

I just took a huge beat, and couldn't reload in time for next hand, it figures, I was then all in with QJc, and rivered a royal.
Supposedly I now get a 50BB bonus, their T&C say to email them the hand number within 48 hours for the bonus to be put in my account.
I was playing .50/1.00 NL
edit- they paid me $50 5 mins after I sent them the email
