hitting pair on a paired board?
A hand I watched : what would you say big blind has? how good\bad did the dealer play?
heads up, chips even , blinds 30-60 , dealer(sB) picks A6 and calls. big chek.
flop 556 (rainbow) . dealer bets 300, big calls.
turn J. dealer all in - big calls.
so, what would you say big blind has? how good\bad did the dealer play?

What are the 'even' stacks? If they are 1,000,000 chips, the turn bet is not good.
Seriously if you want answers to these sorts of questions, provide more and better information.

Re: hitting pair on a paired board?
SB should have raised pre flop first to act then in position with an A is a strong hand HU. This is a good flop for the SB/Button, made two pair with the A kicker, should have bet the flop. Not knowing how deep each player is, I presume they are of equal standing about 100bb deep. On the flop BB could just try and pick up the pot with a bet, why over bet the pot if you are holding a 5, the call from button should have slowed him down if he did not have a hand, when the J comes on the turn and he pushes all-in the button is either way in front or way behind. The push confirms he does not have a 5 IMO, so a J is possible because he knows from your call that you have some interest in the pot and you could have over cards that may come on the river and put him behind, my best guess for the Button holding is JX, X= 789T. You must be aggressive Hu and the BB certainly was. If my holding for the BB is near the mark I think the BB's play was okay.
