Home game troubles

Postby gazzagjf » Thu May 27, 2010 4:14 pm GMT

Hi everyone,
Please can you advise me on this hand at my monthly home game that caused a bit of a argument.
We are playing a £5 SNG, There are 5 players left in.
We get down to the river with only 2 players left in (sb and seat 4) the board reads as follows
8  ,2  j  10  4 :club:
the game follows as bellow

sb "check"

p4 says "So how big is your heart?"

sb "I havn't got a heart!"

P4 "well I didn't check so I am all in"

Sb "you can't do that it's cheating"

P4 "I can ask you what I want, how is it cheating?"

Then lost of nasty stuff get said by both players and noone else was prepared to make a ruleing.
Who is in the wrong and how would you have sorted it out?

Cheers in advance
Gary.

P4 might have shot a little bit of an angle, but he is technically correct. He did not check. He simply asked a question, which the SB foolishly (evidently) responded to.

SB is a tard. People can ask whatever they like in a game, no-one forces you to answer.
