Yes, and you can start avoiding this mistake by folding your very weak draw on the flop.

But even before having that easy decision, fold this crap UTG pre-flop.

I think you literally played this hand as badly as it can be played on every street.

Money wants to know why you hate it so much.

Fold this UTG, do not limp when you open a pot and do not play A3o from any position on the table.

Start with that, then we can talk about the flop, turn and river.

Or maybe better said, how did I put myself in position to fail?
