How much you can you realistically make playing DoN's?

Note i am not a beginner. I played sngs since 2005 but for most of 2008 and 2009 i just played Double or Nothing Sit and Goes.


I played the 5'.20s a lot and am 4-6th in the DoN total profit for the 5.20 DONs on sharkscope for 2009. I usually play 20 tables at a time and when i get down to 4 tables, i open up another 20.

Yesterday i started playing the 10.40s. I always play turbos. I put in 6 hours yesterday and 6 hours today and i managed to profit 225 dollars and 204 dollars for 429 profits for 2 days. I lost around 225 at the casino night before so it makes up for it.

Base on my numbers, i averaged around $37/ hr for 6 hours on Monday and $34/hr for 6 hours on Tuesday. I estimate i get in around 160 of these per day since i get in 80 in 3 hours.

Am i just running real good the last 2 days? My plan is to make around $800 for the week and in 2 days i made close to $430. What is considered a good hourly rate for these things at the 10s?

Today i played 6 hours for $204 profit and I estimate it was around 160 sit and goes. I think my ROI is around 12% so would this be realistic for me? What is a good ROI for the 10's? Would it be possible for me to make $1000 a week if i play 6 days a week? These first 2 days at the 10's made me a very good profit.

Note, i do not use pokertracker, holdem manager NOR Icm or those Sngwizard tools when i play. I just play standard ABC poker but i push and fold in situations that i think is the right play.
