Or a binge/purge thing. That'll wreak havoc on your digestive tract.
Get help, man.
Eating disorders: they're not just for teenage girls anymore.
Thanks for the concern Sean but I assure you I’m not manorexic
I dislike throwing up even when I’m drunk and know it will make me feel better, let alone doing it on purpose.

go out and work urself, play sports or run. you'll be able to intake a lot more... hit the gym and pump... put on some weight. i do too much cardio or i would be heavier and being a student doesn't really help either. it's not a very healthy style. some people can get fat from eating mcdonalds, but for skinny people, it doesn't work and if it does, we'll end up dead from it. lol...

Yeah joining the gym is a good idea, I recently rejoined after not training for ages. I think im at an ok weight but I know I'm not very fit at the moment.
If I can get bit fitter I'll be pretty happy, like I said I usually hover between 145lbs-150lbs which I think is fine for my height.

I used to go to the gym 3 times a week for roughly 2 years but I didn’t get the maximum benefit because my diet wasn’t supporting the exercise.
I was eating 1500 – 2000 cal a day but I don’t think I was getting enough protein. So the cardio helped my heart a lot but I wasn’t putting on much muscle from the weights…although I was toning up nicely.

you need about 3500 cals a day. limit your work outs to about 40 minutes (push to failure routine on major muscles). sleep, "no junk" and if you really work hard, you will see results.
and i know there will be days were you aren't hungry, but you still have to eat (maybe not as much)and make your body adapt to the amount of food you intake. eventually you'll be eating a lot more. protein shake helps too... no need for any other drinks until you plateau.

Right now, after nursing a broken right hand for >two months, scrapping my typical daily workouts because of it, etc. I'm at about 6'1" or 6'2" and 175lbs. Literally have put on like 15 pounds since the injury... apparently my very light daily workouts made a fairly significant difference.
