How to become a successful online poker player?

I am interested in becoming a stronger online player and thus generate more $ from my play. I know we live in a day and age of limitless resources so wanted to see what any experienced players have to say as far as where to focus my efforts. I've been reading a few poker books, have cruised a lot of forums, and even searched "how to become a successful online poker player" on YouTube lol (YouTube actually has some useful new vids up). What and where do you (anyone making some $ at online poker) think I should be putting my time and effort? I appreciate any and all feedback.

And a hat. Also, after playing a hand and losing, say "standard" as often as possible to justify your play.

Just keep playing man. Whatever limit you play, beat it, build a bankroll and keep moving up.
