How to play under pairs against loose/agressive players

Can someone please explain what they think is the best way to play under pairs against a very loose/aggressive payer is? SHould i C-Bet or check fold? (I usually check fold), C-bet against tight/passive players.

Cbet is ok, but if your hand is small, try to keep the pot small. If he folds to cbet then good, but if you double barrel him with a weak pair he could steal all your money.
