I have just seen the video. Cool session. Which site it was actually? Seems good play is actually awarded well there. :)

i havent played AT ALL for 9 days (cause i played bad) til the day before yesterday so havent had a chance to make a new one. so i had a little break.. sort of crushed yesterday and today again :) ... might make the vid with sound in a while


i wouldnt discourage anyone from watching this one though. i could see people raising some eyebrows at a few hands

You know I now remember watching Poker After dark the dream team (with amateur player) and in one hand he actually mouthed his cards out loud.

and btw, when I play live with friends I often says that I'm going for a c/r when I check OOP. Surprisingly, very rarely it actually works in giving me a free card.

Is it actually allowed to speak during the hand playing live? I can imagine that can be really confusing. Is there some sort of comments forbidden?

You cannot discuss the hand in progress if you are not in the hand. Really, if you don't have cards you shouldn't talk, at least not to one of the players involved. That's really bad etiquette.

So, if I am in the hand, I can speak whatever I wish? For example, when the flop is dealt, can I say "damn rags again!"?

But isn't it actually very similar? That my flop comment could mean "I missed my AK". It can be true or false both times.

I think some house rules include a no truth stipulation. You can't say you hit your set if you did.
