I has a videoz

Postby MrDarling » Tue May 26, 2009 9:49 am GMT

I made a video. 6 max. 200NL. 4 tables.

Not sure there are too many interesting spots and I do sound like shit, but what ever.

Questions are welcome.

Downloaded it and watched about 3 mins. It was unwatchable. I couldn't hear you very clearly, hated your colour scheme and you were clicking all over the place and had tables popping up everywhere.

I think you may be best concentrating on like 1-2 tables in a vid and also making it a bit smaller to like 35mins or something. I would be able to watch something like that.

Hopefully someone else is able to see this through. Are you looking for people to spot leaks in your game because you are losing quite a lot or something?

Is that how long you lasted?

The table popping is only in the beginning, once I get my 4 tables going it stays that way. Have no idea why its so quiet, but obviously you heard enough to hear about my recent "success"...

and last, lol @ looking for some to plug my leaks around here. Not to say I'm leak free, but seriously, here?

Damn, I really hope this last sentence came across as arrogant as I intended it to.

Wow, you guys are good at the humour thing.

I didn't make THIS video as a leak finder as I'll be very disappointed if I can't crush $200NL now a days. I simply intended to do an instructional like video for a long time and decided that now its a good time to play lower and do it (change of pace kind of thing as well as remind myself the basic stuff)... Also, I'm still planing to get into coaching and thought this will be a good start in this direction (if I ever manage to get good feedback/ Q&A thing going).

I'm well aware that this video is both messy and there is no real thread going through it as per educational value, but I still think it (and I) can offer some insights.

As for my last comment, in all seriousness, there are very few players here with a good enough base skill and experience to help find leaks in my game. Simply because very few HERE have invested as much time and played as much in mid to high level in short hand NL as I did (not because I'm leak free)

I was going to say that King is one of the very few who is able, but I can't really do it now can I?

I would very much enjoy you showing me how to crush these games.

I hope this last sentence came across as sarcastic as I intended it to.

Don't watch this. there is a pretty annoying lag between audio and video.

And yeah, I now remembered why I love this forum so much and been posting here tons lately.

Have fun and good luck.

I watched about ten minutes of it.

The lag and 5 windows make it very hard to watch, sort of like a chore.

Can you make another with 2-4 windows so nothing overlaps? Try to keep the clicking to a minimum if you can, and let us know if you want criticism.
