I'm pretty new to poker, but still know a pretty good amount.

Just joking of course, welcome to the forums. In case you had questions about other terms, here's a short list.

SNG - sit n go - small 1 to 2 table tournament
MTT - mutli table tournament
SB - small blind
BB - big blind or big bet
PP - pocket pair
EP, MP, LP - early, middle and late postion respectivlely
JL74 - the name you put in the referral field of any poker site you join :D
