I played this poorly right?

I think I wasn't on it like sonic this hand, I got a bit too silly on river, and i think i usually fire 700 on turn here too. I should check/call or check/fold this river... didn't look like a bluff on river, but I still dislike turn bet size and river bet size.

Don't ever ever ever bet that river. That's a great place the check/call. It looks like a good card to bluff at, and if your opponent fears the flush, he'll just check. So you can win money if he bets a loser, and you will lose less when you are beat. I cannot think of a reason I'd bet that card...
