I will be playing some LIVE DONKAMENTZ

Postby miaowmiaowchowface » Mon Sep 29, 2008 12:35 pm GMT

any tips?

I know all the house rules n stuff cuz I play live cash, but I've never played live donkaments. I have played a few online donkaments tho, mayb 100 or so.

Will minraising the blinds be effective? How much quicker will i have to act before bustoing? open raising standard with all players? etc etc

anything appreciated

1. Against 75% of the opponents, it will never work. Against the other 25%, it will always work, because in both cases, they will NEVER consider the price they are getting.

2. You will have to act much quicker. lol donkaflipaments.

3. Tight but smart. Much tighter than you're used to playing, you maniac.

Lot more preflop shoving with big hands. Especially if there is a raise in front of you.

Once the antes kick in you should big raise/shove from late position when it folds around.
