Re: Is Our Happy Forum Community Wasting Away?
Well, when you register on a new forum to ask a question, and then you notice that there are still threads on the first page of that forum that haven't been posted in for months - it's discouraging.
I think I'm quite a patient person, and I know that when I get an answer it will be a quality one. However, there are a lot of young people playing poker now due its new found popularity, and the majority of young people can't be arsed waiting x-amount of time for an answer to their question; so they don't bother asking or even registering.
Perhaps you should consider deleting threads that have been inactive for over 30 days. You could keep the good ones in a 'library' type forum.

Kids these days are so impatient. Why I remember having to wait for snail mail!
