His ITM rate is one of the best in poker.
Yeah, but just cashing doesn't earn very many points in the POY race.
If we're going for most cashes in the WSOP, I'd easily pick Juanda, Ferguson, Hellmuth, Berry Johnston, and a fifth player with a high cash rate like Randy Holland.

So far Daniel is busto in the events he's played. Jared Hamby scored huge!!! .... in a non-WSOP event. Damn you, WacoKid.
*Spoiler*
For the 4th consecutive year, the youngest bracelet winner record has been broken. Steve Billirakis, at 21 years and 10 days old, defeated Greg "FBT" Mueller in the Mixed Hold'em event to replace Jeff Madsen as the youngest person ever to win a bracelet. But Madsen will probably remain the youngest to win 2... then again, tell that to Eric Froelich, who held the title for about 2 days last year.
I will be starting another thread with a list of everyone's picks and how many points they've earned for the WSOP.

For all the Jesus freaks out there, Chris Ferguson is at a final table today, along with Annie Duke, John Phan, and David Benyamine.

Good choice from everyone who picked Allen Cunningham. Can't believe I overlooked him. Bracelets now THREE years in a row (that's so huge), POY 2005, in the top 10 for POY 2006 including 4th in the ME, and may have yet another shot at the title this year. What can't this guy do?
I always hesitate to say things like "best tournament player," but Cunningham has to be in serious contention for the title. Seriously, I don't know if anyone will ever make bracelets three years in a row again.

Final standings of all the picks who earned any points under the Cardplayer rubric:
Phil Hellmuth: 1680 + one bracelet (2 final tables)
Allen Cunningham: 1440 + one bracelet
Phil Ivey: 882 (2 final tables)
Daniel Negreanu: 850 (2 final tables)
Nam Le: 800
Greg Raymer: 765 (2 final tables)
Doyle Brunson: 496
Justin Bonomo: 480
Roland de Wolfe: 400
John Juanda: 180
Dustin Woolf: 36
Paul Wasicka: 12
All players with zero points have been dropped. So, the final standings for the picks are as follows:
Leafsfan: 3970
xDiamond_CutteRx: 3330
UrAteUp (who kinda cheated by making too many picks, so I only count his first 5): 3120, 3885 if you include Raymer
JMX360: 2542
bcndiamond: 2302
Geno: 1651
Jerjej Zorec: 880
groton: 777 jackpot!
Looks like Leafsfan gets the prize of kudos from all. Next year we will work out some kind of pool in advance.
