J J again.... pay it off?

This is very early on in a $50 mtt, like 35 mins in, this guy has typically been passive when entering pots, I have isolated him with strong hands few times already in this mtt. And this hand comes up, I have J J, im certainly not folding for 250 more pre flop imo,and he might just be getting a little cute, even though at this point im giving him credit for a strong hand.

After the flop I played it real passive, trying to get to showdown preferably, but theres maybe a point for betting flop or turn. On the river I was a tad miffed, cos AA,AK dont play like this imo, KK played like this would be really fishy. QQ ? TT ? some spazzed out hand?

Do you pay this off? And waht do you expect to be shown?

I can't believe QQ or TT wouldn't c-bet here, even not betting the turn. I would say it's air like AQ or AJ, otherwise it's really stupid play of villain.
I would bet the turn here, maybe even flop.
