I would consider all in pf, you have less than 15 BB vs 2 players in the pot. So, you became committed on the flop, your c-bet is too weak, I would probably shove the flop. As played, without specific read, fold the turn.

I wouldn't shove flop... there's a Q on the board and we know villain's range is likely face cards or pairs, which means he could easily have the top pair (a logical assumption given there's no read on villain). I agree that c-bet was weak though, a bigger bet would have given you a better read, and set you up for a potential shove on the turn if villain doesn't raise you after your bet on the flop.

The way you played it though, I agree that folding is the right play on the turn.

I'm shoving PF, your not gonna get a hand as good as JJ very often in a tourney. Chip up or get out.
