Last night-I was the NL online cheater
1700TC in the BB w/ blinds of 25/50, I have KJ suited. Player to my left raises to 100, everyone folds I call. Flop QJ5, I check, he bets 350 toward the 225 pot. He is a loose player and I think that he may be stealing, the only hands that I think that he could have that explain a small raise is AJ KQ or maybe AQ. I could go allin, raise, call, or fold, all seem to be OK plays. While thinking I type "KJ-nice raise" and prepare to fold w/ 5 seconds remaining. All of a sudden the turn and river is dealt and I go runner runner for a str8-they treated me as all in.
The accusations fly, I explain that I had time remaining (cable modem and everthing-dont know why there was a delay). I promise to get him the 225TC back.
2 rounds later w/ blinds of 50/100 he is in the big and me in the small. I type "I have J2, I am going to raise, reraise and I WILL fold". He pauses......I type "trust me". He folds. Son of a....
a few round later I get dealt KK w/ 4 players remaining. Someone goes all in from early position w/ 1100TC, I go all in w/ 1600TC. The guy that I shafted thinks and thinks, I type "dont call". He folds and I flop a set and make a ks full qs boat.
Now we are all in the money and I can play again. I guess that the all in player could have been PO'd w/ me if I had lost, but luckily I didnt.
He seemed OK w/ my attempts to make up for going all in without calling. I even got a GG when he took me out when the flop was 3 4 5 and I had a 4 and he had a 5.

I complained yesterday about players disconnecting or not responding in NL to large raises. I had gone all in twice where it would have been a tough call for another player, in both cases they didnt respond and were treated all in.
Last night, I was the player that benefitted by not responding to a large raise-although in my case it was an honest mistake and I tried to make it good on it.

ahhh... okay. i'm with ya. it treated you as all in but didn't put you all in... so you basically got to see to the river without calling his raise or betting any more that hand.
okay. i get ya.
i don't think you have anything to feel bad about. just cuz you complained about others doing it on purpose doesn't mean you were a bad guy for having it happen by mistake.
jmho though.
