Let's play: What the villan had

Postby PLOCH » Sun Jul 20, 2008 6:48 pm GMT

I pegged this guy correctly. He entered room and was pushing people around and I tested him. What was he holding?

Guys, he's already mentioned that he pegged the guy correctly. Thus, his call with ace high was the correct move. I'm going to say 9-10 suited in hearts.

LOL. Is this an attempt at humor?...

If you truly were trying to be funny I apologize, but if you took the 10 seconds it takes to read that entire post you'll notice that PLOCH has given us a key piece of information. He pegged this guy for a weak hand by making his insane Ace-High call on that board which he completely whiffed, and he "PEGGED THIS GUY CORRECTLY."

It's hard not to be results oriented when you're given an allusion to the results.

If the opponent held any of the previously mentioned hands (AA, AK, KQ), then he would have pegged this guy incorrectly, no?

this is a bad thread, after reading the "had him pegged correctly" u know he has trash.

should of just said that villain was very aggresive not that you had him pegged

Thanks for playing.
I know this is a stupid hand for a discussion, but as I said his play was so aggressive I did peg him on an Ace-rag.
I was positive my AJ was better and was right. With a flush draw I'm in fine shape.
Then this:
chisacien shows [As 6d]
Plochman shows [Jh Ah]
Uncalled bet of $8.60 returned to chisacien
*** RIVER *** [3c 3h Kh 4d] [6s]
chisacien shows two pair, Sixes and Threes
Plochman shows a pair of Threes
chisacien wins the pot ($34.50) with two pair, Sixes and Threes
Plochman is sitting out
Of course he left the room so fast I couldn't yell at him. If he was AK I wouldn't have been bothered but this just makes furious. Poker is fixed! LOL
