Level advices
After some month of experiments about tactics, play style and kind of game i don't feel at all confortable in cash games and it doesn't mattern if it's micro limit or monopoly money, just not my kind.
So i focused all my efforts in S&G tourneys with apparently decent results.
I play on Fulltilt and, after a first approach at 1$ S&G, i recently started with 2$ ones trying to follow my poor bankroll.
My current situation is, after 156 2$ S&G, a bankroll of 100$, a ROI of 15% and a ITM of 39%.
According to your experience on Fulltilt, do those numbers give good reasons to sit optimistically at the next level (5$) once the bankroll will hit the 150-200 ?

Jauron is right about needing a lot larger sample size to trust the numbers.
However, once you get your bankroll over 25 buy-ins or so at the next level (including the fee), I think it would be safe to take a shot at them. If you do well, you can keep playing, but drop back down to the $2 if you lose too much.

Personally, because SnG's can give you horrific stretches of nothing, I prefer 50-100 buyins for any level at a SnG.
That and MTT's are my bread and butter right now, but they really can have worse swings than a cash game, so I'd reccommend playing deeper.
