No, because if you do this you basically give away your hand and you will be out of position for the rest of the hand being face up.

This would be a good strategy if one person at your table is going all in too much. If you're playing heads up with some really aggresive player you could slow play it til the end or just call their massive raises. Most of the time I would consider this a pretty shitty play with a lot of people as it gives away your strength. With heads up play there is more tendency for bluffs. With a lot of people I'd rather just raise a mild amount and hope they reraise you. That way if they think your hand is sort of good. Like if they have JJ and they think you have AT or A9 then they will probably raise you a lot. You can then reraise them or push all in. If they don't have a good hand they will fold most likely either way with a super raise or a weak raise. With a medium hand they might call. You could then slow play the hand. Sometimes they will win this way, but in the long run you'll make lots of money. Like when they think they have top pair with a flop like Q 7 T and they have Q 9 in their hand. You could totally kill them with KK or AA.

Instead of checking preflop I typically small raise hoping for a reraise and then pushing all in. Sometimes I just go all in if the people are aggresive and play a wide range. KK is a good all in hand with the right people. Infact In some situations I would consider playing KK all in over AA all in do to the fact that with KK someone else could pair an ace on the flop. I like getting my money in the pot when the odds are in my favor rather than when their slightly in someone elses. Over all it really just depends on the scenario.

I have checked pocket aces only to be disappointed that nobody raised. Then when the flop came I raised, but at that point odds were not as strong in my favor. That really sucks when that happens. :(

I think most of the time it is a bad play but it all boils down to players and stacks.
If you are a winner and have a big stack you can limp in and hope to trap another big stack.
If the table is very aggressive and raises take place preflop you can limp in and 4xbet+pot reraise the raiser.

Most of the time though this is a bad play with AA,KK,QQ especially with no reads on opponents or table.
If you do decide to limp with no action preflop and a lot of players on the flop be ready to fold the monster pair if you see a lot of aggression, this hand can easily trap you and could cost you a lot for the limp.

With KK it does not matter much if you are getting re raised preflop. if you are up against aces so be it.
But with QQ you might consider you are dominated and not reraise again if a tight player reraised you.
