login problem...

.. everytime i close my browser... or at least every couple of times i have to put my password in again. firefox has it saved.. but its still a pain.

what could be causing this? it only happens on this site and has only just started to happen too.

I am also having a problem over the last 2 weeks. I can not log in from any of my 5 XP machines. I am currently using my Vista Machine. I can get to Texasholdem-poker.com (pops right up) then click on forum (pops right up) click on login (wait wait...... ) Then things get slow. If I go back to home page I can't get back to Forum It Hangs half way through the load.

After a long wait I get

Internet explorer can not display the page.

Most likely causes

Lost internet connection (checks out o.k.)
Website encountering problems (no cause I can get on it with Vista Machine.)
There might be a typing error in the address ( no, same as above)

All other sugestions were followed to no avail.


Any help or suggestions? I have of course run all virus and spyware programs, finding nothing of importance.

Did you try deleting your cookies?

Yes I have deleted all references to TH-P in the registry, and the file system. I have run Spybot, Adaware, and CCleaner. AVG antivirus runs each night at 300am with a NO VIRUS report.

I have finally been able to log in on another one of my computers, an XP system, But 3 others remain problematic. I am trying one now. I go to the odds calculator and try to get back to the home page Then a Looong pause. So I cancel and type in www.texasholdem-poker.com and it comes right up. I click on Poker Forum and it is still trying with the meter at the bottom of the page half way, it's been a couple of minutes now.

Finally get internet explorer cannot display this page.

Click on back and home page comes right up. None of the links on the left side of the page come up except some of the items in the Poker tools category i.e. Poker Database

Don't know if anyone changed anything, I didn't, bit I can log in and all is very fast now.
