Memphis Area Poker Tournaments

We have start the Memphis Poker Club here in Memphis, small group, 20-25, but it started with only 8 at the beggining of the year last year and grew to that big through December. We want to continue to expand and that is why you are getting an email from me. We play tournament style, $25 buy in with an extra $5 going toward the host and supplies. We play on a monthly basis usually the last Saturday in each month, but all dates are predetermined at the 1st of the year. We track points based on each individuals performance and based on the points have a final table of 8 play for over $500 in December. As a matter of fact, this past year, in November more people were making sure they got the points then actually winning the tournament.
Now, here is the tricky part. One of the leagues officers "the law and legal guy" is very careful about making sure anyone invited to play is a "friend" of someone else there. In other words, this is not opened to the public, which definately would make it an illegal activity. With that said, if you are interested in getting involved and bringing some of your friends, I would need to meet you and them before you gaining access to our Club.
