Thinking picking up: Middle Limit Holdem Poker by Bob Ciaffone and Jim Brier. Any reviews or other suggestions?

A great book, period.

Even if you do not agree with their receommended plays or their reasoning, it forces you to determine WHY you do not agree with their play and WHY you disagreee with their reasoning. Ciaffone also wrote Improve Your Poker, my all-time favorite poker book.
