Missing 1 Chip

Postby Ben4040 » Mon Jul 12, 2004 6:36 pm GMT

I just bought another set of 500 11.5g Striped Dice chips and it arrived today. However, I'm missing 1 blue chip. What are the chances 5stardeal.com will send me my missing chip do you think?

I remember reading somewhere that a guy got 10 damaged chips in a set of 1000.

They sent him a whole new 1000 set. For free.

They screwed up my order twice, but they did eventually make good on it. The first time they sent me a ninja sword. Go figure. I guess it was to cut the deck. :D

Haha :D Hey, I wouldn't complain if they sent me another set of 500. But I'll tell them if they don't give me my blue chip then I'm returning my order. I would think it would be in their best interest to send me a $0.14 chip versus me returning a $90 order, wouldn't you think? :D

Naw, I wanted my casino stuff. When it comes to playing hold 'em or Kill Bill, I tend to opt for hold 'em.

On second thought, I could hold a no limit hold 'em tourney at my house and call it the Gathering. And the slogan could be, "There can be only one" and it would be winner take all and as players were eliminated I could chop their heads off!

On third though, that might be bad for repeat business.

Well I just called them and they said they would send me the chip. As far as I know, I'm not getting a new set. :D
