Raymer by a landslide. When Phil Ivey says that you are an "excellent tournament player", look out. I have also personally seen him at FW and he crushes the games there as well.

On top of it all, a really nice guy too.

As for Moneymaker...Hee Haw, Hee Haw

on a side note I REALLY can't wait to see how raymor does this year. I was slightly bummed out last year when dan got knocked out kinda early , was a shame. This year raymor did so well I think it will be really interesting to see if he can put on an incredible performance for a third year in a row.

I bet he's still as good as, and probably better than anyone on this forum.

I haven't seen him make classic "fish" moves. He played that AA brilliantly against Lederer. He got Farha to lay down top pair. He busted Johnny Chan with top pair + a flush draw in a great call.

Are you telling me with his chips stack YOU wouldn't have put Humberto all-in with that 88 that cracked Humberto Brenes' Aces? Are you telling me YOU wouldn't have called Phil Ivey's all-in with 3 Queens?

Sure Moneymaker got lucky. So did Raymer and Hachem. But I haven't seen anyone here win the Main Event or make a WPT final table, so why don't we all just lay off the Moneymaker bashing?

NEVER!

But seriously, moneymaker is only "bad" compared to the top top pros - other then that he can fair his own.
