MTT Hand....

Postby Ciso_B » Sat Jul 10, 2010 8:27 pm GMT

This is a low stakes rebuy on ps, villain was nitty up till now imo. I call in position cos i think i can take away on certain boards and if he does have a nh like KK/QQ maybe i can crack it and get a double up.

So I flop the world, he checks, and i don't think he checks big pp's often here, so im putting him on small pp's or big ace like aq/ak, so i have obvious bet imo, im stacking on flop too obv. He calls my 55% ish pot bet, which doesnt surprise me. Turn is Q, and thats good and bad. He could easily haev AK here, but if he has AQ or KQ i dont think i get 2 streets neway , so i check back certain im getting called on rivers.Plus if he has AK maybe i can river club and double up.

River bricks, pot is 5,200 and he bets pot bet basically. I don't think hes rly gonna ever value bet 1 pair hand for pot or even 2 pair really (which is HIGHLY unlikely neway since hes utg), so do you think we can find a fold here? If we ever can fold a straight , this has gotta be a spot to right?

What about turn check, do you prefer betting or checking?

either, prolly not getting 2 streets of value, most likely to get one on turn tho. so maybe it is better to bet.
