MTT missed value?
well after the stick i got for SNGs, i thought i'd have a stab at MTTs
anyways just felt like i missed value by shoving the flop, should i be calling or maybe making a small raise. As i can only justify PF action for set mining, once i made my hand im not sure if i played it well for value but i was trying to not give odds to draw

given your position the 33s arent a great raise. But I like it, once the antes start its a great time to steal, everyone seems to tighten up, Im reading "Every Hand Revealed" by Gus. He points this out and has improved my game once the antes kick in!!
Once you hit, I would have bet a little more then half pot or check raised. When your reraised, I put him on As/9h ( 7% )or the spade draw where hes only 25% to hit if its As Ks, either way your way ahead, when the turn comes a spade proceed with caution, other wise 1/2-3/4 bets should keep him hoping he hits or that hes still ahead.
adapt at will

I like the 3-3 hand, like the line.
The 78s I think you could have played bit more agressive.
I don't mind the flop flat , even tho it looked weak (min bet and call), but it's clear to me 7s are best on 4th street. Good river call tho , wp.
