ok it has been my experience in most low stakes MTTOs that on first hand there is usually 3-4 people going all in on first hand. 70% of the time preflop . So I have gotten in the habit of just folding all hands pre flop unless it is KK or AA. Cause if I limp and get lucky see the flop 2 or 3 donks are gonna ship on the flop regardless. So if I have j10 suited and hit the 10 for top pair on flop and 3 people go all in I will lay it down just cause the odds are good that someone will beat my 10's by the river . Or i limp and 3 people go all in i just gave my BB away .

Recently though I have been thinking if I limp every first hand I will see a flop 30-40% of the time now if I hit the flop perfectly I can just ship guaranteed to get at least 1 or 2 callers maybe more depending on the stakes .

Which is the better strategy continue the folding every first hand unless I got KK or AA . Really I just hate throwing chips away when I know I will probably be folding before the flop or immediately after it.

That really don't happen in MTT's unless it's freerolls. Even if that is true, why would you fold all your top hands except for AA/KK if you know people are going to get it in with the worst of it.

Mostly for MTT I am playing low stakes and it happens a lot . I got tired of pissing away 1-3 BB just to have someone ship and force me to commit all my chips on first hand low stakes are worse then free rolls i think
