i final tabled the deep stack tourney twice out of the 4 times ive played it.... its very very long

You know I must blow have blow hundred in touney buy-ins recently, it hasn't "cost me anything" but my cash game is starting to resent it's expensive brother.

I final tabled that once, took 5th I think and that was 9 hours. I like the format but it does take forever.

Damn I just spotted this. That's a hell of a starting win. A friend of mine can 3rd in the first live tourney we ever played. £50 rebuy in Reading, a very big game at the time. I'll be honest I was jealous as hell :)

Don’t you guy kind of like that though? Marathon poker! There’s a definite coolness to playing that long and I’m sure you’re body must be running on pure adrenaline for the last 3 hours or more.
