Re: NEED HELP PLEASE (SIMPLE KNOWLEDGE)
Its the best five cards that count, so in your example - you both have a flush
he has
![Ace of Hearts [Ah]](http://www.texasholdem-poker.com/forum/images/smilies/Ah.gif)
and you have
![Ace of Hearts [Ah]](http://www.texasholdem-poker.com/forum/images/smilies/Ah.gif)
However you win because your Jack beats his Ten. End of.
As for a 'double' - there's no such hand in holdem. There is a 'pair', but it's worse than a flush so is no help to anyone. You can't use both.
I'm also unsure what the previous hand is or what that has to do with anything.

Re: NEED HELP PLEASE (SIMPLE KNOWLEDGE)
The pair is meaningless - you use the best five cards to make the hand which is as jimmer has listed above. The
in his hand is completely irrelevant.
in his hand is completely irrelevant.-
