Need range advice
Can some of you propose a range for V in this hand that results in this action on the flop? I have 150ish hands with V and he seems solid at 17/14/2.6. He has a pf 3bet of 6% which is pretty wide.

99+ AQ + pre flop
after the flop I’m thinking 99 possible, TT rule out against overs would at best look for a cheep card, needs a T or a Q only 6 outs. QQ rule out see TT, KK should have RR pre flop consider. AA see KK. AQo rule out inside str8 only 4 outs. AQh inside str8 flush draw 12 outs add a few more to pair the A’s highly likely. AhK top pair top kicker back door flush str8 unlikely.
looks like 99 nearly possible, AQh highly likely, or slow played KK most likely.
