New deluxe super size chip cases

Postby Iron Butt » Fri Mar 11, 2005 7:47 pm GMT

I believe I must have one of these:
http://www.pokerchipsdepot.com/Pages/Shop1909.html

1000 Chip Case with Wheels
The case is made of aluminum and has wheels. The handle extends for easy transportation. The inside is lined with black velvet. Capacity is 1000 in 4 trays of 250 chips each. There are 2 shelves to story cards or dice. The case come with a lock to secure it.

Not affiliated with the site in any way, this is just the only place I've seen these. They have all kinds of other interesting cases, not the usual stuff at all.

although probably the same ghetto alluminum crap, it is something different. "equipped with parking break, and plenty of room for 10000 chips, 2 decks cards, 5 dice and can keep a case of "tallboys" ready and cold for you. :P "

If anyone buys any of these give us a rundown.

Even though its probably better on the back and may help certain people and may be usefull at times,
I think the poker hobby has went to far when you start wheeling around your chips.

LOL... yeah, I don't see myself using the wheels too much.

What I like about it is it looks like it actually might be built to do the job plus it has that little bit of extra storage; throw a few sets of cards and a timer in there and you've got a tournament in a box.

Only thing would be better is if it carried the chips racked... hmm maybe if I gut it LOL...
