nl $100 hand
Villain seems like a solid player, willing to release a hand if enough pressure is put on him, like to keep the lead in a hand if opponent shows weakness/played it passively.
I have played pretty agressive, not shown down a bluff and not been that distinguishable from other players at the table.

Should I bet more for value ? Or less? Doe's it make a difference if im bluffing or not. I think I had $60 at the river he had similar.
I felt like he was just attacking from the sb, so I decided to play. I won't show my hand till I got a few responses as to whether my line fits a strong/weak or mediocre hand value. And the kind of hand umpa21 is likely to have etc.
Also, comment on why maybe he called turn reraise and folded river etc. Shoot!!!!!!!!!!

So, you have $60 left on the river, and now there is roughly $76 in the pot. A shove offers him better than 2:1, so he should probably call with most reasonable hands he would call the raise with on the turn (because you put him to a commitment decision). $40 bet offers him about 3:1, but I don't know that he'll look you up all that more often because of the board texture.
If this instance, his range for calling $40 is probably about the same as his range for calling $60, since any 7 makes a straight, and he isn't calling or rebluffing you with missed clubs pretty much ever, given that you're not folding any non-bluff hand for $20 more.
If you're value betting, I'd say just go ahead and bet the $60, because I strongly suspect on this board that if he'll look you up getting 3:1, he'll look you up getting 2:1, since he either has a strong hand, is trying to bluff-catch, or he missed totally.
If you're bluffing, by the same principle, it seems that $40 is preferable for $60, because at least you save $20 when you get caught.
Really though, the 4 on the river shouldn't scare villain unless you happened to be semi-bluffing a 7--your turn raise says you had it already. Villain's actions seem to suggest a missed club draw. His range for calling is tricky... he's definitely calling with a 7, almost certainly making a crying call with a set, and potentially folding the rest.
Why not raise more on the turn btw? Unless you think he's totally drawing dead, you're not pricing him out of anything, and that leaves a lot if you want to get your stack in on the river.

if u have a set or AA-KK, even AQ,
you should shove the river everytime, riaising more on the turn will make this look friendlier. either way, shove the river regardless of a bluff or vbet, I don't think the 20$ will change a competent players decision that much.
He's prolly looking you up here with AQ+, but I think he'd shove turn with AQ so this looks a lot like a draw of sorts, bet 5$ to induce
