Not being at screen better than 70% of the field

Earlier today I bought into the Daily Dollar on Tilt, then got called away and never unregistered. I get back and find that I finished 1603 out of 6500 or so. (1030 got paid). Just kind of gives you an idea of how little you have to do to actually make the money in those big donkaments.

I Cashed Once

Postby lwestatbus » Tue Apr 14, 2009 12:49 pm GMT

I cashed once in a $1 10-player Stars SnG (3rd place). The tournament started and my wife needed something so I just left the table, closed down the Stars software and went away. Came back later to an eMail congratulating me that I'd won third place.

Was in another SnG when one player was about to cash who had never been present. The two bigger stacks (including me) agreed to suspend pressuring the short stack until the absent player blinded off (just two cycles).

I had a simular situation once on Ladbrokes when we were down to the last three, but the other player couldn't understand the concept that the third player wasn't actually playing.

ME: When you are the button, just keep raising as the BB isn't there. When I'm on the button, you fold.
HIM: Why.
ME: Cause the other guy isn't there.
HIM: Where are they?
