wait, do you mean you have the best hand out of the people playing with the cards in your hand , or the best possible hand with the cards that is possible

No I'm saying the best five card hand using all seven. Say you have A K of hearts in your hand and there are three other hearts on the board and no full houses or straight flushes can be made. You are said to have the nut flush. See?

Don't characterize Play money vs. real money games. They are 2 totally different animals.
In Play money everyone is a calling station, they'll chase gutshot and runner-runner straight and flush draws all day everyday no matter how much you bet to chase them off because the can always reload.
In real money games if the stakes are high enough you can actually bet and play the player instead of the cards. In play money you play the cards.

Ya, I kinda figured that. People are raising in NL hundreds of dollars before the flop and it turns out they have a pair of 2's or something like that. I suppose I should just throw 100 bucks down and start playing the .50/1/1.00 rooms to get a better idea. At least play money is a bit of practice on what figuring out what type of hands I have.

Do a search for something like "card names" or "pocket card names". There are multiple threads with that kind of info, but here's a few:
A,K Big Slick
A,2 I thnk is Little Slick
A,A Pocket Rockets or American Airlines
K,K Cowboys
J,5 Motown (Jacks and Fives "Jackson Five")
Q,3 San Francisco Waiter or Gay Waiter (no offence, just repeating) comes from Queen with a Trey
3,3 Crabs
2,2 Ducks
10,2 Doyle Brunson (he won two WSOP championships with this hand)
A,Q Also Doyle Brunson because he supposedly never plays this hand
Like I said, there are a bunch of threads with many more of these.

Ummmm...not sure what you are asking. I'll assume you are playing Texas Hold'em, and assume you are simply asking how the blinds work.
Here goes:
Since all Casino's and all online sites have a dedicated dealer, there is a "button" used to denote who would be the dealer if the deal was rotating from one player to the next each hand. This button moves one player to the left every hand.
The player directly to the left of the button is the SMALL BLIND, the person to his/her left is the BIG BLIND. These are usually set at a 1 to 2 ratio. In other words, if the SMALL BLIND is .50 then the BIG BLIND is $1. The BIG BLIND will always be the first limit in a limit game. So...if you are playing $1/$2 Hold'em, then the Big Blind will be $1.
The blinds are forced bets that serve to make sure there is action on every hand. If you did not have the blinds then everyone could simply sit around and wait for A,A or K,K without every having to enter a pot. It also serves to make sure that you have to pay something to see the flop. When you are one of the BLINDS then you have the option of RAISING (in either blind) or CHECKING (in the big blind) if no one else has raised.
The reason it only asks you to check or raise if you are in the BIG BLIND is that, unless someone has raised, you have already called the previous bets with your BLIND.
I hope this helps...
