Interesting question. I have started to count the case 2 aces (6 max, which probably interest you, I suppose).
So, the probability right 2 aces are dealt to 2 different players is 16.3%.
The probability at least 2 aces are dealt is 29.86%.
That's for now, I am lazy to go on now.

Are you saying the probability of two players (head up) both being dealt either an ace, pocket pair, KQ or KJ?

not quite. as long as either one of them has one of these cards. though include the times when both have aces. It's to do with the big and small blind.

Probability of at least one Ace is dealt.
1-C(48,4)/C(52,4) = 28.126%
The rest is a little more tricky but the odds would obviously go up when you add the other conditions. I will have to think about the other cases a little more.
