Very interesting... believe it or not, that is actually more liberal than most state laws concerning poker. It essentially says home poker is legal, so long as there is no "house cut" or establishment backing it.
In many states, any form of poker gambling at all is considered illegal, although this is rarely enforced.

yeah, but i'm bummed that i can't play online anymore. i mean, i could at the play money tables, but the dynamics are way different. i was hoping the online experience would give me the experience so i can hold my own when i visit vegas or a card house on the Mainland(i live in hawaii).
