Per Cent of hands won pre-flop, after flop, turn, and river

Postby RazorbackDave » Sun Jan 24, 2010 1:28 am GMT

I've read all kinds of articles on odds and percentages on Texas Hold em, but have never seen anything on how many hands are won pre-flop, after the flop, after the turn, or after the river. Can someone there help me with this? For instance, are more or less than half the hands won pre-flop, with the winners not having to show their hands? Something like:

Pre-flop 50%
After flop 20%
After turn 10%
After river 20%

I guess it would be different for online....limit, pot limit, and no limit...or tournaments...any help would be appreciated. Thanks.

Good question, never heard it asked, I wonder if that data exists? Maybe PT or HEM track it?

I doubt that is a answerable question really. Though I would like to know . I think there is to many variables . We have all sat at a table where you just can't get people to fold anything for any bet. live or online . I guess there is probably and average but finding it would be hard
